    Personal Biography

    Cindy Stonesmith is an honors graduate of Metropolitan State College of Denver with a BS Degree in Human Performance and Sport. The degree incorporates, exercise science and physiology with special populations (i.e. athletes). Her BS degree and accreditation as a certified and licensed massage therapist provide an in-depth understanding into the human body’s intricate mechanics and physiology. Cindy’s ability to integrate her education with her own passion for ultra endurance running provides her clients with a unique skill set of physiology testing, coaching, and injury prevention.
